FAQ
Do you make every flower?
Yes! My lovely husband, Lee, and I run our shop out of our home. We occasionally receive help folding flowers from friends & family in our busiest times, but even with help I am the only person who will assemble the final flower and build your bouquet. Each and every flower is crafted by us both, handed back and forth between steps, and ultimately finished by me and only me. A great amount of pride is taken in the each step of the process: cutting, painting, folding, gluing, gluing again, embellishing, removing glue from our hair, final assembly, and the eagerly awaited shipment.
How are the flowers packaged?
We have spent years perfecting the packaging process. Carefully placed in traditional brown boxes, your flowers are sufficiently surrounded by biodegradable packing peanuts which will keep them safe and dry. Our packages have shipped around the world for over 10 years, we have an excellent record of flowers arriving in perfect condition.
What happens if my flowers are damaged in transit?
On the rare occasion your flowers are damaged in transit please do not hesitate to contact me, send me pictures of the damage and you can expect replacements in the mail at no cost to you!
When will my flowers arrive?
"Ready to ship" arrangements will ship on the next business day.
Most anniversary Bouquets will ship in 3-4 business days.
Small orders generally ship in 2-3 weeks.
Large wedding packages generally require more time and we will coordinate the arrival of your flowers based on your wedding date- if time allows we prefer to have your flowers arrive 1 month before your wedding. If you need them sooner than that for travel, early bridal photos or would prefer to store them yourself we should chat about this accommodation before your place your order!
We are flexible and can rush production when necessary or delay production if you've planned far in advance!
How long does it take to make a flower?
1 flower can be created in anywhere from 2 minutes to 20. With an average number of 15 flowers per bouquet, we give ourselves over to the commitment of their unique beauty, one that will last forever.
