Shipping policy

The production time varies so please feel free to contact me with your specific needs but in general:
-An order of 1 bouquet will ship in 1 week or less. USPS Priority Shipping takes approx. 2-3 days (though is not guaranteed). Upgrading to Express/Expedited shipping guarantees arrival in 2 days.
-small orders of $100 or less ship in 1-2 weeks. We have a "ready to ship" section with flowers ready to ship on the next business day.
-Bridal packages generally take much longer and require a waiting period dependent on your wedding date. We accept orders for weddings whether it's a last-minute elopement in 2 weeks to a wedding in 2 years! We are flexible with our time frame whenever possible. We generally ship wedding packages 1 month prior to your wedding when time allows.

Your flowers will be carefully packed with packing peanuts. We have an excellent record of our flowers arriving safely all around the world.

International orders:
When time allows we ship all international orders at least 1 month in advance to allow enough time in the mail. The arrival time is based on the service you choose- we always recommend Express International. We cannot provide refunds or accept returns if your flowers do not arrive in time if we have shipped them by our agreed upon date. Any follow up for your package once it's left the US will have to be with your local post office. Priority International, Express International and FedEx Global Express shipping options are available, please send me a message to discuss these prices & delivery times.

Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and we are not responsible for those charges. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees. It is illegal to lie on customs forms and mark it as a gift when it is not, please do not ask me to do so.
